HART Research on Exercise Referral

470154916_640 (1)HART researcher, Hannah Henderson, and her colleague, David Mullineaux, conducted an evaluation exploring exercise referral patients’ physical activity levels (measured via the New Zealand Physical Activity Questionnaire) and well-being (measured via the EQ5D). Changes that occurred between week 1, at 12 weeks, 6 months and 12 months were observed and analysed. Following a considered examination of the data, the evaluation also explored any changes in the data in relation to age, gender, postcode, BMI and the reason given for referral.

The report on the research can be found here.
